HIPS For Sussex is dedicated to maintaining the solicitors pivotal role in the home buying and selling process. As a solicitor you will know the provision in the Housing Act of 2004 and the introduction of the Home Information Pack has caused major changes in the way homes are bought and sold in England.

Solicitors may now become involved in the early stages of buying and selling homes and not just in the conveyance process at the end.

We will provide your clients’ HIPs within 14 working days (subject to local council’s search policy). We will usually be able to supply the EPC and its display graph within 48 hours.

Of course as a HIPS for Sussex client, you will receive outstanding customer care, with a permanent regular update on the preparation of each HIP available online, or through our office.

Our staff who are at your disposal, are not closeted in a call centre at the other end of the country but are local people who have a genuine professional interest and are trained with the knowledge of the process and requirements.
