With the introduction of the Home Information Pack, many estate
agents are faced with the burden of organising an efficient
system of formulating HIPs.
At HIPs for Sussex, we are here to help make the process of
putting together HIPs as easy as possible for estate agents who
need them. We will lessen the burden while giving you
competitive rates. Once you register with us we will issue you
with your own account, login and password. This way you can view
your HIPs online, branded with your own logo.
We will provide your clients' HIPs within 14 working days
(subject to local council's search policy). We will usually be
able to supply the EPC and its display graph within 48 hours.
Of course as an HIPs for Sussex client, you will receive
outstanding customer care, with a permanent regular update on
the preparation of each HIP available online, or through our
office.
Our staff who are at your disposal, are not closeted in a
call centre at the other end of the country but are local people
who have a genuine professional interest and are trained with
the knowledge of the process and requirements.
